Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Stridos, you agree to these Terms. "Stridos," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Stridos and Nexlyfy LLC. If you use Stridos on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

Stridos is a private AI life assistant for organizing tasks, messages, calendars, documents, finances, receipts, and small business operations. Some features are in private beta and may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to the email address or third-party accounts connected to Stridos.

4. Integrations and Third-Party Platforms

Stridos may connect to third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Slack, Telegram, Google, Apple, Android, email, calendar, storage, and payment providers. You authorize Stridos to access and process data from integrations you connect for the purpose of providing the service.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Stridos. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Stridos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Stridos.

6. AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sending it, publishing it, or using it for financial, legal, medical, tax, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Stridos to violate laws, infringe rights, access systems without authorization, send spam, harvest data, build harmful automations, impersonate others, process illegal content, or interfere with the security or operation of Stridos or third-party platforms.

8. Plans and Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, pricing, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

9. Privacy and Data Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request deletion of account data, connected integration data, and Meta-derived data.

10. Beta Features

Private beta features are provided for evaluation. They may contain bugs, have limited availability, and change without notice. We may limit or revoke beta access at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

Stridos, including our software, design, branding, models, workflows, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Stridos intellectual property.

12. Disclaimers

Stridos is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stridos and Nexlyfy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

14. Termination

You may stop using Stridos at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Stridos or users, fail to pay fees, or if required by law or a third-party platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating this page, emailing users, or using another reasonable method.
