1. Who We Are

Stridos is a private AI life assistant for tasks, calendars, messages, documents, finances, and small business operations. In this policy, "Stridos," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Stridos and Nexlyfy LLC.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, waitlist signup, support messages, and beta invite status.
• Content you provide to Stridos, such as messages, tasks, notes, reminders, calendar items, documents, receipts, files, and business context.
• Integration data from services you choose to connect, including Meta services, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Slack, Telegram, Google, Apple, Android, email, calendar, and other approved channels.
• Authentication and integration metadata, such as OAuth tokens, workspace IDs, page IDs, channel IDs, timestamps, permission scopes, and connection status.
• Usage, device, and log data, such as browser type, IP address, approximate location from IP, device identifiers, app events, diagnostics, and security logs.
• Payment and subscription data if you purchase a paid plan. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Stridos.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Stridos assistant.
• Connect your selected channels and perform actions you request through those channels.
• Generate briefs, reminders, summaries, replies, tasks, calendar actions, and workflow assistance.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, debug issues, and protect user accounts.
• Send product, beta, support, billing, and service communications.
• Comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

4. Connected Integrations

Stridos only accesses third-party services after you authorize the connection. We request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose to use. For example, Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Slack, Telegram, Google, Apple, Android, and similar integrations may provide profile, message, page, workspace, calendar, file, or metadata depending on the scopes you approve.

We use integration data only to provide Stridos features, maintain the integration, troubleshoot issues, and comply with platform rules. We do not sell integration data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Google APIs and Chrome Extension

If you connect Google services or use the Stridos Chrome Extension, Stridos may process Google API data, browser page content you choose to submit, selected text, page URL/title, extension settings, and diagnostics only to provide user-facing Stridos features and maintain security.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. AI Processing

Stridos may process your content with AI models and infrastructure providers to generate responses, summaries, classifications, reminders, and actions. We design the service to use your data for your requested assistant experience, not to sell your data or build advertising profiles.

7. Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Stridos, including cloud hosting, analytics, security, customer support, communications, payment, and AI infrastructure providers. We may also share information when you direct us to interact with an integration, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

8. Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account, connected integration data, and Meta-derived data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Your Choices

• You can disconnect integrations from Stridos or from the third-party platform's app settings.
• You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential email communications using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, and limited access to production systems. No internet service is completely secure, but we work to protect user data against unauthorized access and misuse.

11. Children

Stridos is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating this page, emailing users, or using another reasonable method.
