Data Collected or Processed

  • Personal information: name, email address, account identifiers, support contact details, beta invite status.
  • App activity and user content: prompts, assistant messages, tasks, reminders, notes, preferences, app interactions, and feature usage.
  • Messages and communication data: only from channels the user connects or content the user submits to Stridos.
  • Calendar, files, receipts, and documents: only when the user connects a provider or uploads/provides content for assistant features.
  • Financial and transaction context: receipts, spending notes, invoices, budgets, or payment/subscription status where the user provides or authorizes it. Payment card data is handled by a payment processor.
  • Device, diagnostics, and security data: device type, app version, logs, crash data, IP-derived approximate region, authentication events, and abuse prevention signals.

Purpose of Collection

  • App functionality, including assistant responses, reminders, summaries, task management, calendar actions, and connected channel workflows.
  • Account management, authentication, beta access, support, billing, and service communications.
  • Security, fraud prevention, debugging, reliability, analytics, and compliance with platform policies.

Sharing and Selling

Stridos does not sell user data. We may share data with service providers that help operate Stridos, such as cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, analytics, security, support, payments, and communications providers. We also transmit data to third-party integrations when the user directs Stridos to act through those integrations.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use access controls, limited internal access, authentication controls, and administrative safeguards designed to protect user data.

Retention and Deletion

Users can request deletion of Stridos account data and connected integration data at https://stridos.app/data-deletion.html. We process verified deletion requests as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
